   By registering as a member of BLANCHElife, you agree to receive specific emails and other communications related to this platform and/or services. Communications related to your account will only be sent for important purposes, such as password retrieval. You may also receive our email newsletters from time to time. You can click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email to choose not to receive our emails.

3. Sales Terms
   Placing an order on this website indicates acceptance of the following terms. The validity of all orders depends on the availability of the products and pricing. Delivery times may vary based on availability and shipping times; we are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

4. How to Shop at BLANCHElife Online Store
   A few simple steps to shop at our online store:
   a) Log in to this website
   b) Select products
   c) Click "Add to Cart" or "Pre-order Now"
   d) When you finish shopping, click "My Cart" in the upper right corner to checkout.
   e) Enter your delivery details and choose a payment method
   f) Confirm your order and complete the transaction

5. Product Delivery
   5.1 Delivery Time:
   Generally, if you place an order on this online store, confirm the order successfully, and accept payment, in-stock products will be arranged for delivery to the specified address within 7 working days, while pre-ordered products will be arranged for delivery within 10-21 working days. If there are delays (for example, if pre-ordered products do not arrive at Hong Kong on time), we will notify you separately. Delivery is suspended on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times may also be affected by holidays. Delivery services will be delayed when the No. 8 typhoon signal or black rainstorm warning is in effect.

   5.2 Order Tracking:
   After logging in, click "My Account." Click "Orders." Click "View" in the shipping status column for details. You are also welcome to email us or WhatsApp us for inquiries at any time.

   5.3 Change of Delivery Address:
   You can notify us of a change of delivery address via WhatsApp (63664695).

   5.4 Delivery Outside Hong Kong:
   We can deliver to areas outside Hong Kong, including Macau, China, Asia, America, Europe, Australia, etc. You can see the shipping fees while shopping. Additionally, free shipping is available for purchases over a specified amount. We reserve the right to change shipping fees from time to time.
   a) Shipping fee to Hong Kong: HK$30, free shipping for purchases over HK$600
   b) Shipping fee to Macau: HK$30, free shipping for purchases over HK$600
   c) For countries outside Hong Kong/China/Macau, orders over HK$8000 will be provided with free air freight service.
   For orders below HK$8000, we can arrange air freight for a uniform charge of HK$800. Customers are responsible for paying customs duties, import taxes, goods and services tax, value-added tax, or other import sales tax items, which must be paid upon receipt of goods.

   5.5 You can also choose to pick up your order at our store (1/F, 7 Baisha Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong). You must collect your order at the store within 7 days after the order is placed (starting from the day after the order is confirmed). Otherwise, the system will automatically cancel the order, and the amount spent will be refunded to your account in our store for B Dollar use (no usage limit)

6. Membership Registration
   6.1 By registering as a BLANCHElife member, you can immediately receive HK$50 B Dollar for shopping. Accumulating purchases of HK$8,000 will make you a VIP member, enjoying an 12% discount on fashion shopping, and a 10% discount on La Biosthetique products and By Alona products, and a 5% discount on Jasmina Jovi products. You will receive HK$100 B Dollar on the first day of your birthday month. Unregistered users can still shop on our website at original prices.

   6.2 On our website, you can click "Account" in the upper left corner to access "Register as a Member" and enter your personal information to become a member.

   6.3 If you forget your password, you can click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your registered email address. The system will send a password reset link to your email address; please click the link to reset your password.

   6.4 To change any membership information, such as email, name, phone number, password, etc., please log in to your account, then go to "My Account" > "Personal Information," make changes, and then "Save Changes."

7. Pricing and Availability
   We will do our best to ensure that all information, descriptions, and prices on this website are accurate, but errors may occur. Therefore, we reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to make changes at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to accept orders containing erroneous information, inaccurate pricing, product descriptions, shipping/payment terms, or return policies. If we discover an error in your order that requires cancellation, you will receive a full refund.

   BLANCHElife owns the copyright to this website and all content. You may store, print, and display the content of this website, but these are only for your personal use. Copying, transmitting, distributing, or storing this website and all content without prior written permission is prohibited. BLANCHElife has not reviewed all web pages linked to our site and is not responsible for the content or accuracy of any website, nor do we accept any responsibility for the availability and privacy policies of other websites, or for any damage, loss, or illegal acts caused or claimed to be caused by the use of such external websites or the content, goods, or services provided.

10. Registration
    To use certain services or features provided by this website, you will need to register. You should choose a unique account password and keep it secure. BLANCHElife is not responsible for any losses due to unauthorized use of your account. If there is any breach of your account security or unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

If any user attempts to use proxy servers (internet protocol addresses) to hide the use of multiple accounts or to disrupt any of our services in any way, we reserve the right to cancel that account.

11. Your Obligations
    11.1 You are responsible for any internet connection/telecommunication fees incurred due to your access to and connection to this platform.
    11.2 You may access and view this platform and store electronic versions or print copies of materials on this platform for personal and non-commercial use only. All copies you create must be in the form presented on this platform and must include all applicable copyright and other notices.     f) license, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute, or otherwise exploit or provide this platform to any third party;

    11.6 You hereby agree to indemnify and hold us and our affiliates, each of our and our affiliates' respective directors, shareholders, employees, agents, contractors, suppliers, providers, and representatives harmless from all losses, damages, claims, liabilities, expenses, or costs arising from or related to:
    a) your access to this platform and/or use of the service;
    b) your violation of any of these terms or any applicable laws or regulations;
    c) your violation of any rights of any third party;
    d) any other person's use of your account name and/or login password to access this platform and/or use the service; and/or
    e) any other person's ability to access this platform and/or use the service due to the use of your account name and/or login password, resulting in a violation of any of these terms.
    11.7 Any rights not expressly granted in these terms regarding the use of this platform and/or the services are reserved; no licenses or rights are granted to you by implication, waiver, or otherwise.

We will consider reasonable requests to resolve disputes through alternative dispute resolution processes (such as mediation or arbitration) as an alternative to litigation.

The notice will be deemed delivered 24 hours after the email is sent or posted on our Facebook page.     15.2 These terms and any disputes related to these terms or this platform and/or the services will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to any jurisdictional legal principles or conflicts of choice.
