Return Policy

Return and Exchange Policy
 
We provide a one-time return service for full-priced items. 
 
1.⁠ ⁠Please contact us (WhatsApp 63664695) about returns within 48 hours of receiving your item (using the SF Express app as proof of receiving time ), or returns will not be accepted. 
2.⁠ ⁠After receiving the return confirmation from us, please deliver or bring the returned items back to our shop within 3 working days. The package must include your order number, or it will not be accepted. 
3.⁠ ⁠We are not responsible for return delivery fees. You must use a registered or SF express delivery and provide proof. 
4.⁠ ⁠We will not be responsible for any damage if the package gets lost during the delivery process without delivery proof. 
5.⁠ ⁠We will notify you to confirm the return or exchange after we have received and inspected the returned goods. We will ship the exchange item (if available) via freight collect or refund the amount of the goods to your account as B Dollar (No expiration date) within 3 working days. 
6. Guidelines for using B Dollar: The B Dollar issued by our store is valid for 30 days. B Dollars generated from returns or exchanges do not have an expiration date. When using B Dollar, you will not enjoy free delivery service, unless the amount after deducting the B Dollar reaches the threshold for free shipping.

We will not be accepting returns from the items below:
*Discounted products
*Any jewellery, make-up or skincare products
*Products that have been used, damaged or changed in any shape or form 
*Products that do not have their original tag and packaging 
 
Defective Goods
 
You must follow the return guidelines above to alert us and provide a picture of the defective goods. We will be responsible for the delivery fees regarding defective goods, and if the products are sold out, we will provide a full refund within 7 working days.  
Reasons for products not being recognised as defective goods:
*Damage caused by wearing or washing
*Small and unnoticeable stains
*Loose threads, unopened buttonholes 
*When the colour of the physical product and online pictures do not match (variables such as colour display on devices, the definition of colour by different people, and the lighting when photographing)
*When the sizing of the physical product and the listed sizing online differs (There are many different ways of measuring, so an error of 2 inches is normal) 
We reserve the right to change our policy without notice. In any disputes, we will have the final say.
